Light refreshments, coffee, TV, movies, magazines, books and computers with Internet access are available. A dependents' lounge is also available for the kids to play games, read books and watch movies, a computer to play games on, as well as an infant area with cribs, rocking chairs, a diaper changing area, microwave, refrigerator and sink. There are showers on the first floor and second floor for added convenience. USOHR does have toiletries and some towels to lend out when a USO volunteer is on site. USO AMC Affiliate Location is also excited to be partnering with USO World and United through Reading to offer a new program that will help deploying service members stay connected to the children in their lives by reading aloud on tape. The United Through Reading program is now available during AEF Missions and by appointment if you are not flying space A or on an AEF Mission. When
available USOHR Van provides emergency transportation. AMC Terminal
has a shuttle that runs on the hour providing transportation to passengers
going to NEX, BEQ and BOQ. Norfolk Naval Station provides a Free Shuttle
